Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 3, 2026

Welcome to the website of Elizabeth Brooke Ceramics, LLC (“Elizabeth Brooke Ceramics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of products from our online store.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Us

This website and online store are operated by:

Elizabeth Brooke Ceramics, LLC
Arizona, United States
Email: Elizabethbrookeceramics@gmail.com

We sell handmade ceramic and pottery products through our online store.

2. Products

Our products are handmade. Because of the nature of handmade ceramics, individual pieces may have variations in color, glaze, texture, shape, dimensions, surface characteristics, and other details.

These variations are part of the handmade nature of the products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting, your device, and your screen settings.

Product measurements and dimensions may be approximate.

3. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product availability at any time.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

Product unavailability

Incorrect pricing or product information

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

Payment problems

Shipping limitations

Technical or inventory errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payments for online purchases are processed through Stripe.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

Payment processing is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.

Elizabeth Brooke Ceramics, LLC does not directly process or store complete payment-card information when payment information is submitted through Stripe's payment-processing services.

7. Shipping

We currently ship orders only within the United States.

Shipping charges, available shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates, and other shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times may be estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays.

8. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Products

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and procedures for products that arrive damaged or incorrect are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before completing a purchase.

9. Handmade Ceramics

Ceramic products are inherently breakable and should be handled with reasonable care.

Handmade pottery may contain minor variations or characteristics resulting from the materials and production process. These may include differences in glaze, coloration, texture, shape, dimensions, or other characteristics between individual pieces.

Such normal handmade variations are not necessarily considered product defects.

10. Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for following any care or use instructions provided with a product or displayed on our website.

Products should not be used for purposes for which they were not designed or represented.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elizabeth Brooke Ceramics, LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow applicable care instructions, or use of a product for an unintended purpose.
